How do I book a transfer with Aegean Transfers?
Simply enter your pickup and drop-off location in the booking form above, choose your date, time and vehicle, then confirm your details. You'll receive an instant booking confirmation by email and WhatsApp.
Are the prices fixed or can they change?
All our prices are fixed and agreed at the time of booking. There are no hidden fees, no surge pricing and no extra charges for luggage or waiting time at the airport (up to 60 minutes free waiting).
What happens if my flight is delayed?
No problem at all. We monitor all incoming flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will automatically adjust their arrival time — you won't be charged anything extra.
Where will my driver meet me at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name on it. You'll also receive the driver's contact number before your trip so you can reach them directly if needed.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. You can cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Do you offer transfers in Mykonos too?
Yes! Aegean Transfers operates in both Heraklion (Crete) and Mykonos. We cover airport pickups, hotel transfers, port transfers and private day tours on both islands.
How do I pay for my transfer?
You can pay by cash directly to the driver, or by card online at the time of booking. Both options are fully secure and a receipt is always provided.
Are child seats available?
Yes, child seats and booster seats are available on request at no extra charge. Please mention this when making your booking so we can arrange the right seat for your child's age and weight.
